If I imagine myself as a single, solitary, isolated unit, I feel unsafe. When I imagine myself as part of a larger, learning collective - and I imagine others as part of one - that changes

FAQs

Who can join WOW 365?

Anyone can join WOW 365. Membership is available for individuals, corporates and not-for-profit organisations. Corporate and not-for-profit members can have up to four employees as users per membership.

Can I become a member if I live outside the UK?

Yes! This membership is open to our global network, so you can join from almost anywhere in the world.

Discounted prices are available for emerging and low economy countries. Choose your country from the dropdown after clicking the sign up button to view the correct rates.

I’d like to sign up to be a WOW 365 Member, but my country of residence isn’t listed?

Countries subject to sanctions are excluded from our offers and services primarily due to strict legal obligations and compliance requirements that carry severe penalties for non-compliance, including substantial fines and criminal charges. These restrictions are put in place by international bodies and national governments (such as the UN, EU, UK, and US) to achieve foreign policy objectives, maintain national security, and promote international law and human rights.

How do I pay for my membership?

You can pay using a debit or credit card. You can also set up a Direct Debit for recurring payments.

Are discounted memberships available?

If the fees are a barrier to joining WOW 365, we do have a limited number of pro-bono (free of charge) memberships available. Discounted prices are also available for emerging and low economy countries - choose your country when signing up to see the correct rates.

If you are interested in receiving a pro-bono membership, you can contact memberships@thewowfoundation.com

How long does membership last for?

For Corporate and Not-for-Profit memberships, all costs are paid in one annual instalment and last for one full calendar year. For individuals, you can choose to pay in full or in monthly instalments. Paying up front with the full annual cost helps us to reduce our administrative costs. We pass this saving on via a reduced cost for individual annual memberships.

How do I renew my membership?

Your membership will renew automatically unless you cancel.

For those who sign up for an annual membership, we’ll send a reminder 30 days ahead of your annual renewal date so you have time to review or make changes if needed.

Are events available in-person, online, or in hybrid formats?

All of our events will be online and will be available to watch on-demand on WOW 365 once you're logged in.

WOW - Women of the World also presents live, in-person events around the world - more information about these can be found here. We’d love to welcome you to these too.

How does The WOW Foundation keep my personal information?

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data is processed in compliance with UK data protection law, including the Data Protection Act and GDPR. A copy of our Privacy Policy is available here.
