Every year WOW invites extraordinary girls and young women and non-binary young people to join the WOW Young Leaders Directory – a living celebration of young leaders (ages 11-25) who are transforming their communities through activism.

This convening is a chance for the 2026 cohort to meet each other, share their experiences of activism and become part of the WOW 365 global community.
