Daphne Delvaux
(she/her)
Daphne Delvaux is a trial lawyer, writer, and advocate whose work sits at the intersection of law, gender, power, and cultural analysis. She is the founder of the USA's first law firm devoted to women's rights at work, and the creator of The Mamattorney, a platform that has grown close to 200k followers worldwide.
Delvaux's recent viral threads on the Epstein files, in which she argued that the way the files are being released constitutes a form of psychological warfare against women, reached millions and sparked global conversation about trauma, media consumption, and the gendered burden of "bearing witness."
Her work examines how systems of power operate on women's bodies, time, and nervous systems, and offers practical frameworks for protection and resistance.
Originally from Belgium, Delvaux brings a global lens to her legal and cultural commentary. Her forthcoming book, Moms in Labor (HarperCollins, March 2026), explores what happens when the expectations of work collide with the reality of care. She has been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Bloomberg, ABC News, and outlets across the globe.
