India Gary Martin

India has held global COO and CTO positions at some of the world's largest institutions, with expatriate assignments for a combined 20+ years in London, Frankfurt, Tokyo, and Hong Kong. In her post corporate career, she is a seasoned public and private company board director for institutions in the US and UK.

Through her own company, Leadership For Execs, India is as a globally recognized leadership expert and strategic advisor, working with Fortune 100 c-suite executives and founder entrepreneurs, and their leadership teams around the globe. She is also the founder of Relucent Learning, a tech training and development business that provides scalable, high-quality leadership development content and a white labeled learning management platform, to corporate, governmental, and nonprofit entities.

India is an engaging keynote and panel speaker on the international stage and serves on the coaching faculty for Georgetown University for the Executive Master's in Leadership Program, and is a visiting instructor at Howard University (Corporate Education). Recognized for her contributions in board, producer, and advisory roles for women's organizations and conferences worldwide, she is the founder of ACT3, the premier women's convening focused on providing a community to support, educate and engage women through their midlife transitions and beyond.

A published writer, India speaks fluent French and functional Japanese. She divides her time between Washington D.C. and London and is married with three children.
