Kimia Modaressi Chahardehi

I am a young, passionate Freelance Filmmaker and Photographer based in Bradford. I worked on several projects which have widened my cinematic scope in learning untold stories through Muslim women in prison, the struggles faced by young people during young in covid, collaborating with SKT welfare to support orphans in Turkey and Syria, capturing King Charles visit to Bradford in 2022, raising awareness of unwanted sexual behaviour on trains for women and girls, researching about youth crime and violence to help create a safer and better community with Bradford City. I work alongside my family 'The Modaressi Family'. My personal work is called 'Behind the lens' because I love to capture RAW moments and travel. I love to see the world up close because there is so much more out there.
