It's not a pipe dream, do it yourself! In this workshop led by Hattie Hasan MBE, Founder of Stopcocks Women Plumbers, come and learn the basics of plumbing, so that you can sort easy problems yourself at home, and learn what to ask for when you need professional help.
All levels of knowledge welcome - the less you know the better.
If you attended this workshop back in March - do not fear! Hattie will start with taps, but go in the direction the audience take her.
If you have specific questions, please send them to us at hello@thewowfoundation.com, by 5pm 21th July. Hattie will address as many as possible during the session. The earlier you send questions, the more likely Hattie can build them in. We look forward to hearing from you!
This workshop is open to everyone and will take place on Zoom as a Webinar. You will be sent joining details before the event.
This event will be Live Captioned by Stagetext. BSL Interpretation is available upon request. If you require this service, please email access@thewowfoundation.com and we will do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.
For this workshop you’ll be part of a large group - but do book early to secure a place!
This event is part of WOW UK 2021 Revisited - a very special digital programme offering people worldwide a second chance to explore some of WOW’s International Women’s Day Programme of groundbreaking In Conversations and interactive workshops. There’s everything from mental health to activism during Covid, and from being a grandmother to being an artist in a pandemic (or both!). Find out about The WOW Foundation and its work year-round to fight gender inequality here.
