An urgent conversation exploring the most pressing questions around men, boys, and masculinity today featuring Jordan Stephens, Gary Stevenson, Asim Chaudhry and more.

Hosted by musician, writer and broadcaster Jordan Stephens, join WOW at Shoreditch Town Hall for an evening of conversation, performance and a dose of laughter as we dig into what it really means to be a boy or man today. From money and mental health to stereotypes, fatherhood, sex, care, power and vulnerability – nothing’s off-limits.

Whether you’re a dad, a son, a mate, a mentor or just curious, come and be part of the conversation.

Special guests include Inequality Economist and author Gary Stevenson, tackling the big questions about money and inequality’s impacts on men, comedian and actor Asim Chaudhry, performer Big Zuu, and actor and activist Jameela Jamil.

WOW Founder Director Jude Kelly will also join Jordan, Founder and CEO of Equimundo Gary Barker and Beyond Equality's Ben Hurst for a special panel exploring gender equality.

Plus powerful performances including poetry by Sam Browne and Maureen Onwunalimo, and music from London-based Palestinian composer and oud player Saied Silbak.

Once home to East End boxing bouts, Shoreditch Town Hall is the perfect stage for a night that pulls no punches. The evening is open to everyone of all genders.
