Role Overview

Reports to: Director of Programmes & Festivals

Fee: £16,200 (£225 per day)

Dates / Duration: 26 May 2025 – 7 November 2025 (approx. 3 days a week for 24 weeks)

Contract type: Freelance contract

Location: Remote working - with some travel across the North East required for the delivery of workshops / programmes.

WOW - Women of the World (WOW) is a global alliance of partners, working together to drive an equal and inclusive future for women and girls. In October 2025, WOW will deliver the first ever WOW North East Festival, working with Stockton & Darlington Railway 200 Festival to bring together local communities for an inclusive, vibrant and celebratory two-day festival programme.

The Young People’s Producer - North East will play a key role in delivering impactful programmes for young people as part of WOW’s activities in the region, working closely with young participants, artists, schools and local stakeholders.
