As we celebrate WOW’s 15th Anniversary, and to celebrate International Day of the Girl, we are today for the first time ever launching an open call for nominations of girls and young women and non-binary people to join the next WOW Young Leaders Directory.

Since its launch in 2020, almost 150 inspiring activists, campaigners and community organisers have been part of WOW’s Young Leaders Directory. These girls and young women and non-binary leaders are working to change the world, across issues including social justice, LGBTQIA+ rights, climate action, education activism, disability rights, and gender equality.

The Directory connects changemakers from across the world and celebrates young people driving social change in their communities.
