This year, WOW is celebrating 15 years of extraordinary festivals, global collaboration and creative action towards gender equality, but we’re not stopping there. As we look ahead to the next 15 years, we’re launching a bold new global Membership Offer and expanding our team to support a year-round programme of learning, community and impact across borders. To help shape this future, we’re hiring two pivotal new roles to join our UK team:

Membership Programme Manager
Lead the development of WOW’s first ever global membership programme – connecting individuals and organisations worldwide with exclusive online events, resources and opportunities to collaborate for change.

Senior Fundraising & Development Manager
Play a central role in securing the partnerships and funding that fuel our mission – across festivals, creative projects, and initiatives that reach women, girls and non-binary people around the world.

These roles reflect a major step forward for WOW: growing our global alliance, expanding our reach, and ensuring our movement is sustainable, ambitious and inclusive. If you're excited by the power of creativity, community and a feminist future, we want to hear from you.
