Adnan Malik

(he/him)Somatic therapist, men's work coach and group facilitator

Adnan Malik walks the path of a somatic therapist, embodiment coach, and men's work facilitator—a storyteller of the soul whose work weaves the therapeutic, the somatic, and the spiritual into a single unfolding practice. Through this weave, he guides people through journeys of healing and remembrance, working with what lives beneath the story as much as the story itself.

Before this chapter, he lived as an actor and director. That world taught him the power of presence, the weight of a story well told, and the courage it takes to be seen—lessons he carries into every circle, every breath, and every interaction he holds today.

His ongoing training in somatic experiencing, sacred intimacy, and trauma-informed facilitation keeps him anchored in both method and mystery. He is drawn to spaces where insight doesn't stay in the mind but settles into the body, reshaping a life from the inside out.

From leading workshops and retreats across Europe to seeding conscious communities in Pakistan, and working one-on-one with clients around the world, he is devoted to creating spaces where people feel safe enough to soften, brave enough to be seen, and free enough to meet themselves again.
