Amneh Shaikh-Farooqui

Amneh Shaikh-Farooqui is a social entrepreneur, cultural practitioner, and sustainability advocate working at the intersection of gender equality, decolonization, and cultural design. With over two decades of experience in Pakistan’s impact and creative sectors, her work spans women’s empowerment, cultural heritage, sustainable fashion, and climate resilience.

As Chair and Curator of Women of the World (WOW) Festivals in Pakistan, Founder and CEO of Polly and Other Stories, and Chief Strategy Officer at The Blue Company, she creates spaces for courageous conversations, participatory learning, indigenous cultural voices and inclusive leadership. Amneh is an Acumen, Miller Center, and IVLP Fellow, and the author of Fearless, profiling 50 remarkable Pakistani women.
