Dr Daniella Jenkins

Dr Daniella Jenkins joined WBG from the University of Bristol, where she led pioneering research at the intersection of feminism, economic policy, and design. She is an expert in women’s pensions.
Prior to her academic career, she worked across the public and financial sectors, leading policy development and large-scale change programmes. In financial services, she delivered complex transformation initiatives and gained extensive experience at the intersection of design and delivery within organisations. Her work included programmes addressing compensation and redress for asbestos-related disease, medico-legal reporting, and institutional responses to historic abuse.
In the public sector, she has led major initiatives spanning health and maternity policy, evaluation and delivery within the Cabinet Office, and youth-focused programmes, including crime reduction strategies and free travel schemes at Transport for London.
She is committed to advancing gender equality and previously served as Executive Director of The WOW Foundation.
