Domenica Simpson

Domenica has over 10 years experience in the creative and cultural sector, specialising in youth engagement, creative programme management, grant funding, and community arts. As Membership Programme Manager at WOW, she leads the delivery of WOW 365 Membership, connecting a global community through curated online events. A highlight at WOW for Domenica was seeing young people making industry connections at the WOW Speed Mentoring event on the London Eye for International Day of the Girl.​​

Domenica is committed to building accessible pathways for underrepresented communities, building pathways for emerging talent into the creative industries throughout her career. She developed inclusive programmes such as Youth Music’s NextGen Community Programme, creating a nationwide network of hundreds of young creatives and supporting their entry into the music sector. Her other achievements also include delivering national networking events with partners like Bauer Media and Ticketmaster, and collaborating on projects with major cultural institutions including Tate Britain, V&A Museum, and Centre Pompidou in Paris.
