Jeannie Scott

(she/her)Office Coordinator & Executive Assistant

Jeannie has worked at WOW for two years, lured in by a job description asking for an intersectional feminist. She works across all of WOW's projects, including working closely with WOW's Board and Committees, supporting WOW's Global Delivery Partners and managing the WOW Marketplace at WOW North East.

One of Jeannie’s most memorable moments at WOW, was bringing the vibrant WOW Bus to Bradford, and witnessing the joy and excitement from the young people that got to engage with it. Before WOW, Jeannie was working as an actor, not very successfully, and decided that she was much more suited to the salaried life. She has also worked in corporate and arts events organisations including Asia House, and is also a certified life and breath work coach (two things, alongside baking bread, that came out of lockdown).
