Sriya Sharbojoya

Sriya Sharbojoya is a multidisciplinary professional whose career spans media, strategic communications, social advocacy, and public health. She began in 2008 with media production before moving into strategic planning and client servicing at Asiatic MCL, one of Bangladesh’s foremost communications agencies. Her entrepreneurial drive led her to found Radio Shadhin Pvt. Ltd., Bangladesh’s first advocacy-focused radio station. She currently serves as Deputy Managing Director and ExComm Member of Asiatic 3Sixty, Bangladesh’s largest communications group.

Beyond her business leadership, Sriya is a Founding Trustee and Executive Director of Mongol Deep Foundation, which harnesses the arts as a vehicle for positive social change. Her advocacy work spans children’s and adolescents’ rights, women’s empowerment, LGBTQ+ rights, and mental health awareness.

Sriya holds a BA in Anthropology and Economics from Smith College and a Master of Public Health from NYU School of Global Public Health. She has also contributed to SAJIDA Foundation, where she worked in program design and development communication across community-based mental health, physical health, and skills development initiatives in Bangladesh.
