Zoe Thomas

Zoe Thomas is a motivational speaker, mental resilience coach and Founder of HIPS - Hidden in Plain Sight, a sexual violence prevention charity equipping communities to recognise grooming, challenge silence and protect children before harm occurs.
Combining lived experience with professional expertise and more than a decade of public speaking, Zoe explores resilience, authenticity, trauma and transforming painful experiences into purposeful action - without pretending healing is always tidy or losing her trademark humour along the way.
Zoe has spoken in settings ranging from prisons, children’s homes and schools to corporate boardrooms, private dinners and events attended by royalty and influential leaders.
She is a qualified Independent Sexual Violence Adviser and Children and Young People’s Sexual Violence Adviser, a King’s Trust Ambassador and Deputy Lead Governor within an NHS mental health trust. She also contributes to UN Women UK’s Commission on the Status of Women.
Known for making difficult conversations accessible, human and unexpectedly funny, Zoe does not simply want audiences to feel inspired. She wants them to feel motivated to live authentically and create a life well lived.
Away from the stage, Zoe is still discovering that owning gym clothes and exercising are apparently not the same thing.
