Jude Kelly stands behind a lectern

Sunday at WOW - Women & Power

In this one-off special at WOW Festival, join WOW Founder Jude Kelly and guests to explore women, power and leadership today.

From major keynotes from leaders we trust, to lightning fast workshops on understanding your own values, the Royal Festival Hall will be filled with talks, workshops and ideas from global speakers.

There’ll be an opportunity to hear about innovative leadership styles from some of the women at the fore of change including MP and founder of VoteMama UK, Stella Creasy, author and First lady of Iceland, Eliza Reid, and more.

You’ll hear from some of the women at the start of their leadership journeys too as we invite the Women Leaders South West to join us to reflect on an act of leadership that has impacted their lives and discuss their pioneering arts leadership programme, which seeks to address the gender imbalance in senior roles.

Be prepared to be inspired and outraged in equal measure as we hear WOW Big Ideas on women and power, and how we can become leaders for change in a system that was never built for women's leadership. Speakers include author and founder of the everyday sexism project Laura Bates and art curator and historian Aindrea Emelife, with more to be announced.

There’ll also be the chance to dust up your presentation skills as we round up the day with tips on becoming a clear and engaging communicator and so much more.

We’re all leaders - from teachers to care-workers, artists to corporate executives. This is an opportunity for everyone, at any age and at any point in your leadership journey - to come together for a day of sharing, thinking, networking and fun.

You can explore the full line-up for this unmissable afternoon on The WOW Foundation website listing.

Please note: All information is correct at the time of going to print, and line-ups may be subject to change.
