The Urgent Conversation at WOW

Every day, it feels like we wake up to something new to respond to, a new urgent conversation to have, a new set of injustices to carry and solutions to come up with together.

With the news agenda and world events changing at such rapid speed, WOW has reserved this evening to respond to the most up to date and recent happenings that affect us, gender equality and societies around the world. The topics of discussion will be decided just before the event - we guarantee it’ll be timely.

Chaired by WOW’s Founder Jude Kelly, expect debate and new perspectives from leading contributors with a whole range of life experience, plus laughter, joy and solidarity too. Bring your own viewpoints and ideas - there’ll be plenty of time for questions and discussion. Speakers will include Katy Jon Went, with more to be announced.

This event will react to what’s happening around us at the time of the festival; details will be announced on WOW’s website and social media in March just before the festival, so check there for updates. Tickets are strictly limited so we recommend booking in advance.

This event will be BSL Interpreted.
