Hosted by WOW Founder Jude Kelly, The WOW Show Podcast is a global celebration of women, girls and non-binary people, spotlighting their brilliance while fearlessly unpacking the systems that hold them back.

With stories from artists, entrepreneurs, activists and everyday revolutionaries, this thought-provoking series weaves intimate interviews with sharp cultural insights. Each episode is a front-row seat to bold conversations about feminism, identity, and change.

Series 1 explores a wide range of lived experiences from around the world, while Series 2 dives into how hidden forces like tech, media and the economy shape our lives – often without us realising. Series 3 was recorded live across the UK, with Jude meeting local heroes making change in their own communities, as well as conversations with audiences and guests on the often exasperating and confusing journey towards gender equity.
